1. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across [insert city/region here]. For areas outside of our delivery zone, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate!


2. How far in advance should I place an order?

We recommend placing your order at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during weekends and holidays. Same-day orders may be available depending on stock — feel free to reach out and ask.


3. Can I customize a bouquet?

Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces. Just leave us a note at checkout or send us a message with your preferences (color palette, flower type, mood, etc.), and we’ll create something just for you.


4. What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will either leave the flowers in a safe place (weather permitting) or attempt a redelivery. We’ll contact you or the recipient to coordinate.


5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our products are perishable and handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours — we want you to love your flowers.


6. What if my flowers arrive damaged?

We take great care with every arrangement, but if your flowers arrive in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo. We will review the case and do our best to make it right.
